Ann Y. Grim

Ann Y. (Yeager) Grim, 80, formerly of Wyomissing, died January 5, 2011, in Chestnut Knoll Nursing Home, Boyertown.

Her husband, John C. Grim, died September 10, 1986.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late George N. and Florence L. (Miller) Yeager.

She was a graduate of Reading High School in 1948 and Reading Area Community College in 1982 where she was a member of the Who's Who of Jr. College Students.

Ann was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Reading where she was on the greeters committee.

She also was a member of the World's Affairs Council of Greater Reading.

Ann was a board member of Music at Albright College. She was also on the Board of Directors of the Yocum Institute for Arts Education, Wyomissing.

She is survived by three daughters, Christine L. Hermann, West Reading, Linda G., wife of Neal Boynton, Roswell, GA and Catharine G. Pilkerton, Lincoln Park; her brother, George M. Yeager, Nevada and four grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday at 10:15 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery.
