Angelina Barracca

Angelina (Tortorici) Barracca, 87, of Millsboro, DE, died September 20, 2015, at Cadia Rehabilitation Renaissance, Millsboro, DE.

Her husband, Joseph S. Barracca died on August 6, 2008.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late James and Josephine (Sinno) Tortorici.

Angelina was a graduate from the Brooklyn School of Design.

She was a member of St. John Baptist de LaSalle Roman Catholic Church, Shillington.

Her family was the most important thing in her life and she loved spending time with them.

She is survived by four daughters: Maria, wife of Dennis Sweigart; JoAnn, wife of Jeffrey Novik; Denise Barracca; and Christine Barracca; five grandchildren: Nicole Brown, Tanya Winters, Andrea Rizzuto, Francesa Sophroniou and Niko Sophroniou; four great-grandchildren: Maya, Michael, Benjamin and Enzo and three step-great-grandsons: Zachary, Gregory and Christopher.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. in St. John Baptist de LaSalle R.C. Church, 420 Holland St, Shillington, PA 19607. Burial will be private.
