Angela S. Mingari

Angela S. Mingari, 53, entered eternal rest on June 10, 2024, at her home in Sinking Spring, PA with her loving family by her side.

Affectionately known as "Angie" to her friends and family, she was born in Easton, PA on July 3, 1970, to Joseph Mingari and Grace (Volpe) Mingari.

Angie attended Wilson High School and graduated from Alvernia University in 1993. She worked for First States Financial Services for the past 10 years.

Angie was a soft-spoken, kindhearted person with a beautiful soul. She was always quick to add a humorous one liner to the conversation. She loved to stay active and take in the beauty of nature with her beloved walking group, Berks Community Strollers. She played volleyball with the St. Ignatius rec league and played pickleball with her closest friends. Angie enjoyed the beach, movies, and going to listen to local bands. Most of all, she loved her family, especially her niece and nephew, whom she adored deeply. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories. She is survived by her mother, Grace (Volpe) Mingari; sister, Vin Mingari-Lawrence (Daniel); her niece, Grace Lawrence; and nephew, Edward Lawrence.

Angie was predeceased by her father Joseph Mingari.

Angie's time on Earth was too short. She had an unwavering faith in God and an inspiringly strong will to live. We are immensely grateful for the abundance of love and prayers she received from family and friends. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her, but her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift. Angie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 10:30 AM at St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, 2600 St. Albans Drive, Reading, PA 19609. Entombment will follow mass at Gethsemane Cemetery Mausoleum, 3139 Kutztown Road, Reading, PA 19605. Friends and family will be received on Monday, June 17, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA 19610.
