Angela L. Delong

Angela L . DeLong, 40, of Muhlenberg passed away March 18, 2016 in the Reading Hospital.

Born in Reading she was the daughter of the late Jacqueline L (Seiders) DeLong.

Ang was a 1993 graduate of Reading High School and attended Millersville University.

She was employed by Fr. Meyers Sohn Logistic as an export supervisor for 10 years.

Ang enjoyed playing poker, pool, listening to music and hosting many fun game nights. She was an avid Atlanta Braves and Steelers fan, loved watching the Walking Dead and also enjoyed scrapbooking, photography, taking her many selfies and traveling and exploring. Ang especially loved spending her time with friends, who were also her family and being the best aunt she could be.

She is survived by her companion, Timothy Shaak, with whom she resided. She is also survived by her very close friends, Dora F., wife of Gregory Klick, Laureldale; Michelle L., wife of Jason W. Hayes, Southern Maryland, and numerous nieces and nephews, her guinea pig, jinxy and fish, spade.

Ang was loved by many friends, who also considered her family.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading, with a burial to follow at Berks County Memorial Garden.
