Andrew J. Linette

Andrew J. Linette, Sr., 79, formerly of Bern Township, died April 24, 2010 in ManorCare of Sinking Spring.

His wife, Roseanne C. (Shea) Linette, died March 3, 2008.

Born in Harrisburg, he was a son of the late James P. and Madeline (Tolland) Linette. James was the owner of Linette Candies, Reading.

Andrew was a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy.

He was the owner of Cap Aviation at the Reading Airport; and a member of the Civil Air Patrol.

Andrew is survived by his five children: Lisa J. Linette, Reading; David Campbell, Mohnton; Chuck Campbell, Bern Township; Andrew J. Linette, Jr., Blue Marsh and Tommy Linette, Allentown. Also surviving are eight grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his son, Stevie Linette and his two siblings: James P. Linette, II and Ruth Kaminski.

Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
