Amelia T. Gibney

Amelia T. Gibney, 83, formerly of South Park Road, Wyomissing, died July 19 at 10 a.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., West Reading, where she she resided since Oct. 20, 1999.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Matthew J. and Gertrude (Arnold) Gibney.

She had been employed for many years in the accounting department of Morganstern Chevrolet, Reading.

Gibney was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.

She is survived by one brother, John J., of Mifflin Center, Cumru Township.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
