Amelia Frances Pruna

Amelia Frances (Magazza) Pruna, 94, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023, at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center in Wernersville.

She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Pruna with whom she had 55 years of marriage.

She was a member of Holy Rosary Church.

Fran was employed for many years at the AT&T plant in Muhlenberg, retiring in November 1994.

Fran was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her sister, Esther Marsh, wife of the late Charles E. Marsh, cousin, Cathy Barbari, and sister in law, Concepcion Pruna, wife of the late Armando Pruna, and step-son, Joseph Albright, husband of Michele.

Fran was predeceased by her brother, Russell Magazzu, husband of the late Josephine Magazzu.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Monday, March 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 237 Franklin St. Reading, PA 19602. A viewing will be held Monday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the church. Entombment will follow at Gethsemane Mausoleum, 3139 Kutztown Road Reading, PA 19605.
