Amada Uribe Martinez

Amada Uribe Martinez, 55, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the Reading Hospital. She was the wife of Amador Lopez Orihuela. They shared many wonderful years raising their family together.

Born in Mexico City, Mexico, she was the daughter of Gregorio Uribe Zaragosa and Juana Martinez Cernas. Amada was a loving mother, dedicating her life to raising her six children.

She is survived by her husband Amador and six children: Anayeli, Fredy, Sanibel, Abel, Javier, and Yaneli Lopez Uribe; and 13 grandchildren: Daniel Regalado, Jasmin Castro, Zundri Lopez, Dyana Lopez, Analia Regalado, Fredy Lopez, Jr., Anthony Castro, Ariana Regalado, Sebastian Lopez, Matias Lopez, Isabella Lopez, and Lionel Lopez.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret Roman Catholic Church, 925 Centre Ave, Reading, with burial to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery. The viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, from 6-8 p.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading.
