Alma M. Holzer

Alma M. Holzer, 94 of Tilden Township died May 8th in her daughter's residence. She was born in West Brunswick Township and was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Long. She was the widow of Leroy W. Holzer who died in 1978. Mrs. Holzer was a homemaker all her life and a member of St. Michael's Church, Tilden Township. Alma is survived by her daughter: Alice F. wife of Earl Katzaman, Tilden Township, 2 grandchildren, Christine and Richard Katzaman, Tilden Township, 1 brother, Luther Long, Orwigsburg, 2 sisters, Marian DeLong, Hamburg and Betty Ney, Pottstown. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc. 40 S. 4th St., Hamburg. A viewing will be held Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Berks Visiting Nurses Association, 1170 Berkshire Blvd., Wyomissing, PA 19610.
