Allene M. Newman

Allene M. (Frederick) Newman, 84, formerly of Wyomissing, died May 21, 2010 in Manor Care, Sinking Spring.

Her husband, Robert G. Newman, died January 7, 2004.

Born in Hamburg, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Elma (Schucker) Frederick.

She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Wyomissing.

Allene is survived by two children, Robert G. Newman, Madison, CT and Donna L (Newman) Hart, Spring Township; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be Monday at 12 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will be in Tulpehocken United Church Cemetery, Jackson Township. Friends may call Monday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
