Aida Angelica (Ibanez) De Navarro, 59, of Reading, died December 24, 2008.
She was the wife of Edinson R. Navarro.
Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, she was a daughter of Horacio A. and Josefa M. (Maury) Ibanez.
She was a graduate of Virginia Rossi High School and SENA Nursing School, both in Colombia.
Aida was employed for 20 years as a registered nurse with ISS, Barranquilla and later employed four years with PSI Group, Muhlenberg Township.
She was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Reading.
Aida is also survived by four daughters: Carmen I. Romero of Sinking Spring; Liliana A. (Romero), wife of Ivan A. Urueta of Spring Township; Shirley P. (Navarro), wife of Jose V. Colon of Reading and Kelly J. Navarro of Sinking Spring.
Other survivors include three siblings: Vera J. (Ibanez), wife of Alejandro Barraza; Horacio A. Ibanez and Luz M. (Ibanez), wife of Alvaro Rodriguez all of Barranquilla, Colombia.
There are also seven grandchildren surviving.
A viewing will be held Monday 3:00 - 5:00 pm in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Services and burial will be in Jardines De La Eternidad Cemetery, Barranquilla, Colombia.
