Agostino Ninfo

Agostino Ninfo, 69, of Spring Twp., died March 30, 2007 in Reading Hospital.

He was the husband of Maria (Ugluizza) Ninfo.

Born in Santo Stefano di Camastra, Sicily, Italy, he was a son of the late Vito and Guiseppa (Cosentino) Ninfo.

He was last employed as a welder by Reading Railroad.

Agostino was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons, Vito husband of Jill C. Ninfo, Sinking Spring and Salvatore C. husband of Susan E. Ninfo, Wernersville; and one daughter, Josephine (Ninfo) Rupp, Laureldale. Other survivors include one brother, Mario S. husband of Sandra N. Ninfo, Covington, GA. Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive him.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church 237 Franklin Street Reading, PA 19602. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum.
