Adelaide S. Shaner Nagle, 77, of Gerard Avenue, Spring Township, died Dec. 26 at 4:05 a.m. in Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient since Dec. 16.
Her husband, William H. Nagle, died Sept. 22. Her first husband, Russel Shaner, died Dec. 10, 1967.
Born in Robesonia, she was a daughter of the late Jacob M. and Edna (Smedley) Kreitz.
Nagle was co-owner of William H. Nagle Jewelers Inc., West Reading, from 1970 until her retirement in 1997.
She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Mohnton.
Nagle was a 1944 graduate of Robesonia High School.
She is survived by a daughter, Beth Ann (Shaner) Correll, Hamburg; a stepdaughter, Lois L. (Nagle) Sims, East Stroudsburg, Monroe County; and a stepson, Jan A. Nagle, North East, Erie County.
Other survivors include three sisters: Ruth (Kreitz) Trimble, Wernerville; Mae (Kreitz) Bucks, Chambersburg, Franklin County; and Peggy (Kreitz) Lechleitner, Cumru Township.
There are also four grandchildren.
Services will be private. Private burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
