Adam J. Verbinski, 39, was pronounced dead June 7 at 9:30 p.m. in his Spring Township residence.
The Berks County coroner's office is investigating the cause of death.
Born in Scranton, he was a son of the late Dr. Ted and P. Joanne (Shoemaker) Verbinski.
Verbinski was a 1983 graduate of Wyomissing High School.
Surviving is a sister, Susan (Verbinski) Brown, Pottstown.
Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
